The online fitness world is kinda crazy. Everywhere you look there are half-naked fitness gurus hawking their program, product or supplement. The logic is, regardless of their lack of experience or qualifications, they can get you fit because they look good with no shirt on. Now, we are not hater so props for looking good naked, but that doesn’t equate to helping others.
